We've got a little more than 48 hours until Razorback softball mounts their NCAA Regionals. Arkansas will be playing back-to-back-to-back games starting with Manhattan on Friday afternoon at 12:00pm CT.

The winner of each NCAA Regional moves on to the Super Regionals where they play in a best-of-three series with the winner going to the Women’s College World Series.

Arkansas will be playing three teams they don't normally see—under head coach Courtney Deifel, they have a combined 2-0 record against Manhattan and South Dakota State, with this being the team's first potential game against Stanford with Deifel at the helm.

What can the team expect to see out of each of their weekend opponents?

▶️ Manhattan: This is a team that finished the regular season sixth in the MAAC but won a series against Iona and then took down three straight opponents to claim their first conference title since 1999. Pitching is the strength of this team—Nicole Williams and Marika Deemer went a combined 9-2 in conference play and average 7.6 strikeouts per game between them.

▶️ Stanford: The Cardinal finished the season near the bottom of the PAC-12, but like Manhattan their pitching is the bright spot. They ranked fifth in conference play in ERA (3.22) and shutouts (3).

▶️ South Dakota State: These ladies have got some bats, y'all—six players are batting over .300 and they've hit 70 home runs as a team. Their pitchers are workhorses too, with Tori Kniesche and Grace Glanzer combining for 32 complete games this year.

The NCAA Regionals are at Bogle Park this weekend! Arkansas will face Manhattan on Friday afternoon at 12:00pm CT. You can watch the game on SEC Network.
