Why break Olympic records once when you can do it three times? Arkansas volunteer assistant Ryan Crouser successfully defended his Olympic gold medal with a stellar performance that included breaking the Olympic record three times in the same event!

Crouser's first throw? 74 feet, 11 inches (22.83 meters). An Olympic record.

Crouser's second throw? 75 feet, 2 ¾ inches (22.93 meters). Another Olympic record.

Crouser's final throw? A massive 76 feet, 5 ½ inches (23.30 meters). Yet another Olympic record.

In the words of the announcer: "Superlatives and hyperbole just diminish what Ryan is able to do and all he's accomplished this season."
