THREE DAWG NIGHT

The Razorback softball team is taking its top-10 talents to Georgia this weekend. After a trip to Athens, there are just two more conference series to climb the rankings and get prepared for the SEC Tournament.

Georgia is not a foe to be taken lightly, and there's little chance head coach Courtney Deifel hasn't gotten this team ready to play.

What do the Bulldogs do well and where can Arkansas capitalize over the next three days?

▶️ Pitchers' Duel: This SEC matchup could come down to who has the better performance on the mound. We know Arkansas has a bullpen that can rival anyone's in the country, but Georgia is no slouch. Their team ERA (2.33) and opposing batting average (.206) all rank sixth in the conference. They're also the only team in the SEC not to allow a triple.

▶️ Triple Threat: Speaking of triples, Georgia ranks second in the SEC with 13 of their own. Their batting average might not show it, but like Arkansas they make it count when they put bat to ball.

▶️ Own Worst Enemy: If there's a place that Arkansas is clearly better than Georgia, it's their fielding percentages. The Bulldogs own the second-worst percentage (.952) in the SEC, while the Razorbacks are in the top-five of the conference.

The Razorback softball team begins a three-game away series against Georgia on Friday at 5:00pm CT. You can watch on SEC Network+.
