The Razorback softball team is coming off a big SEC sweep against Georgia. But they can't get comfortable yet... Missouri is on the horizon.

To help them prepare, the Central Arkansas Sugar Bears are coming to town. It's a non-conference showdown against an in-state rival that should be little more than a tune up, but what will the Razorbacks need to do to make sure they don't lose momentum before this weekend?

▶️ Big Hitters: The Sugar Bears are no slouches. Danielle Gibson leads the Razorbacks with a .378 batting average, but Central Arkansas has two players better—Jenna Wildeman (.398) and Mary Kate Brown (.385). In fact, they have four players batting over .300.

▶️ Not Capitalizing: Despite the big bats, Central Arkansas isn’t driving in the runs. They're averaging fewer than five runs per game.

▶️ Grind It Out: Tonight will likely be a low-scoring affair. The Sugar Bears are allowing just 1.9 runs per game. The Razorbacks are allowing just 2.6 runs per game. Look for a good number of hits, but solid fielding to keep this one tight.

The Razorback softball team hosts in-state rival Central Arkansas tonight at 6:00pm CT at Bogle Park. You can watch the game on SEC Network+.
