Good morning, y'all. The SEC got it right. Arkansas baseball boasts the best pitcher and the best head coach in the country. Kevin Kopps took down SEC Pitcher of the Year and Dave Van Horn won SEC Coach of the Year.


But that's not even the half of it!

๐Ÿ”บ Hogging The Spotlight. It's not every day that the Razorback baseball team takes down more SEC awards than we can count. Here's to you, Hogs.

๐Ÿ”บ Well Freaking Deserved. After boasting a 10-0 record, striking out 97 batters, allowing just five earned runs, and pitching a nation-best 0.75 ERA, Kevin Kopps has earned SEC Pitcher of the Year. He is the first Arkansas student-athlete to win the award since Nick Schmidt in 2006.


๐Ÿ”บ O' Captain, My Captain.Dave Van Horn was voted SEC Coach of the Year for the second time in his career. He led the unanimously top-ranked Razorbacks to an outright SEC championship and 22 conference wins in the regular season.


๐Ÿ”บ First Among Equals. Three Razorbacks were selected as First Team All-SEC honorees, including Robert Moore, Matt Goodheart, and Kevin Kopps.


๐Ÿ”บ Dynamic Duo. Christian Franklin and Patrick Wicklander picked up Second Team All-SEC recognition.


๐Ÿ”บ Breaking Ground. He's a superstar in the making, folks. Cayden Wallace earned a spot on the SEC All-Freshman Team after leading the Razorbacks with 61 hits on the year.


๐Ÿ”บ New Kids On The Block. Two Razorbacks made the Newcomer All-SEC Teamโ€”Robert Moore and Peyton Pallette.


๐Ÿ”บ Spring To Their Defense. The SEC All-Defensive Team has three Razorbacks on itโ€”Robert Moore, Christian Franklin, and Kevin Kopps.
